I’m Zach. I’m a husband and father of 3 young kids. Beyond spending time with my family, I enjoy golf, lifting weights, the outdoors, and binge watching Netflix.

I build AI products and the orgs that ship them.

Currently Senior Director of Engineering & Applied AI at Luxury Presence, where I conceived and launched PresenceAI — an autonomous AI marketing platform handling hundreds of thousands of AI-driven actions monthly for thousands of paying customers. I also led the AI-native transformation of our engineering org, changing how we build and ship software.

But AI is the recent chapter, not the whole story.

Over the past decade I’ve scaled orgs from 0 to 50+ and taken multiple products from zero to eight-figure revenue across fintech and proptech. At Trellis, I joined as employee #2 and grew to Head of Engineering — scaling the team from 1 to 25 and launching products that drove millions in ARR with partners like Uber, Liberty Mutual, and The Zebra. At Haven, I built embedded mortgage products that reached 2 million homeowners and landed GTM partnerships with publicly traded lenders.

I find the leverage point. Whether that’s a new product, a new architecture, or a new way of working, and I build the team and systems to exploit it at scale.

I’ve written the code, led the reorgs, closed the partnerships, and driven the cultural shifts. I’m hands-on when it matters and strategic when it counts.
